Is it time for help?
Changes often show up slowly, then all at once. If you notice two or more of these, it's a good time to talk.
How it works
Talk with a care coordinator about what's going on. We'll answer your questions and explain your options, including VA benefits.
We visit your loved one at home to understand their routine, safety and personal needs, then build a personalized care plan with you.
We match a screened, trained caregiver to your plan. Your case manager checks in and adjusts care as needs change.
Not sure where to start?
Most families call us when something has changed: a fall, a new diagnosis, a parent who shouldn't be alone anymore. Answer three questions and we'll suggest where to begin.

Your care options
Based on your answers, these services are a good fit. At your complimentary assessment we'll turn them into one care plan.
Why families choose Felt
A strong agency should be able to answer all three with confidence. Here's how we answer them.
“We will be there for your family. If you're not satisfied, we will work with you until you are.”
Our promise to every family
Communication
Yes. You're assigned a case manager who is always available, so you never feel out of the loop about your loved one's care.
Integrity
Trust is the foundation. We carefully screen, background-check and train every caregiver before they meet a client.
Performance
Needs change day to day. We follow up, stay accountable and adjust the plan so you spend less time problem-solving.

Veterans & surviving spouses
A VA pension with Aid and Attendance can pay a qualifying veteran up to about $2,424 a month, or about $2,874 with a spouse (2026 VA maximums), toward care at home. Many families who qualify have never heard of it. We'll explain how it works and help you get started.
Areas we serve
Our office is in La Habra, right between the two counties. Don't see your city? Call us. We likely serve it.
Questions families ask
Don't see your question? Call (714) 770-0608 and we'll talk it through.

Help with the activities of daily living: bathing, grooming, dressing, toileting, meals, medication reminders, light housekeeping, errands, transportation and companionship. We do not provide skilled nursing such as wound care or injections, but we coordinate with your loved one's doctors and home health providers.
Call us and we will schedule a complimentary in-home assessment. Once we understand the needs and build a care plan together, we match a caregiver and set a start date that works for your family.
Our caregivers are registered Home Care Aides with the California Department of Social Services, Home Care Services Bureau. Every caregiver goes through a Live Scan background check, screening and training before they care for a client.

Many veterans and surviving spouses qualify for a VA pension with Aid and Attendance, which can help pay for care at home. Eligibility depends on service dates, discharge, care needs, income and assets. We can explain how it works and point you to the right resources.

It depends on how many hours of care are needed and the type of care. After your complimentary assessment we give you a clear written quote for your care plan, so you know the cost before care begins.
Medicare does not pay for ongoing non-medical help like bathing, meals or companionship. It covers short-term skilled home health and hospice when medical criteria are met. Families usually pay privately or use long-term care insurance or VA benefits. See our Paying for Care page for every option.
Tell your case manager. Chemistry matters, and we'll find a better match. Our promise is simple: if you're not satisfied, we'll work with you until you are.
Yes. Many families combine services. We can cover the hours IHSS doesn't, and fill the time between home health or hospice visits.
