How to pay your bill online
We use a secure third-party portal for online payments. Everything you need is printed on your invoice.
Find your payment code
Look at the box in the upper right of your invoice, next to “Pay online at.” Your personal payment code is printed there in bold. Each invoice also shows its invoice number and outstanding balance.
Go to the payment portal
Visit payments.clearcareonline.com. Type the address exactly as shown, or use the link on this page.
Enter your code and pay
Enter the payment code from your invoice, check that the amount matches your outstanding balance, and complete your payment.
Your invoice may still show the Lifesavers At Home name and logo for a while. It's still from us, and the same payment code and portal apply.
Where to look on your invoice
Sample only. Your code is unique to your account; keep it private.
Set it and forget it
Most of our families keep a credit card or bank account (ACH) on file so their bill is paid automatically each billing cycle. No codes, no reminders.
